ECREA Executive Board (Governing Body) Election Committee is happy to announce that the new Executive Board (Governing Body) has been elected in online election that took place on 23-26 September 2024 and was announced during the General Assembly on 26 September at 10th European Communication Conference in Ljubljana. The Executive Board (Governing Body) is elected for the period 2024-2028.

- Dariya Orlova, National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Ukraine)
- Tereza Pavlíčková, London College of Communication, University of the Arts (UK)
- Pille Pruulmann-Vengerfeldt, Malmö University (Sweden)
- Andreas Schuck, University of Amsterdam (Netherlands)
- Sergio Splendore, Università degli Studi di Milano Milano (Italy)
- Malgorzata Winiarska-Brodowska, Jagiellonian University (Poland)
ECREA would like to thank the outgoing Executive Board members for their work.
As the next step, the Executive Board (Governing Body) will organise the second phase of the elections, which will consist of the election of up to two Sections representatives, one Temporary Working Groups representative and one Networks representative. Candidates will be nominated by all members of Management Teams of ECREA Sections, Networks and Temporary Working Groups.
